I get it, because I've been there too. I know what anxiety feels like, how it seems to suck the breath out of you, your mind racing, your body on high alert.

I overcame the same struggles you are facing. I let go of the anxiety, mum guilt, not feeling good enough, self-doubt, that negative inner voice and the pressure I was putting on myself to be perfect, yet feeling like I was continually failing! I wanted to be able to enjoy my motherhood journey without anxiety, overwhelm and fear holding me back and making me miss all the amazing moments. It is important to me that women, especially mums, thrive, rather than survive!

My Mother Nurture Method will help you overcome the same. I have worked with hundreds of pre and postnatal women just like you since 2016 when I first moved into providing mental and emotional health support.

As an emotional health coach, neuro linguistic programmer, birth trauma resolution practitioner and antenatal educator, I bring a wealth of experience, both professional and personal, to the sessions with my clients, because I want women to see that their journey doesn’t need to be so hard.
